Starting with “The Mercury” project in June 2009 (238 Condo Units) Park & Hiles successfully sold and closed all units in seven months. With this success story, P&H then acquired “The Summit” project in April 2010 (96 Condo Units) and in almost 5 months, successfully sold and closed all units in nine months. Soon after, Park & Hiles joined forces with the newly founded ST Residential, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital, and acquired “The Solair” project in September 2010 (186 Condo Units); selling and closing first 40% of project within four months.
Park & Hiles has been a marketing consultant for many condominium and apartment projects in the Greater LA area, such as 1200 South Figueroa (www.1200southfigueroa.com), The Verde, Concerto Lofts (www.concertolofts.com), and The View Apartments (TheViewLA.com)
Currently, Park & Hiles has acquired a 45 unit townhome project in the Echo Park area, which is expected to open in August 2017 (www.TheTerraceLA.com)
Brandon Park, President & Broker – Having started his real estate career at a small firm, Presidential Commercial Real. Estate, as an assistant to a top-producing agent straight out of college, Brandon Park earned his Sales Person license during his first six months. Without hesitation to make his own deals, Park stayed with PCRE for another year, transacting commercial deals into his portfolio as well.
With a vision for more opportunities, Park transitioned into the residential aspect of the business, which led to his path at Century 21 in Rancho Cucamonga.
In a neighborhood transpiring of brand new homes, 80 percent of his transactions were with new home builders such as KB and Richmond American, making him one of the top producers in the firm, and in the neighborhood.
In 2007, Park made his way back to Los Angeles and joined Masters Realty Group, still known as one of the top firms In koreatown, where he began his career in new condominium sales. Averaging a successful 30 transactions a year, Park soon earned his Broker’s license and opened his own firm, now known as Park & Hiles, founded in February 2009. Within three months of opening Park & Associates,
Park acquired “The Mercury” listing in conjunction with Kennedy Wilson. This led to Park & Hiles acquiring newer projects, “The Summit” and “Solair”.
Park was elected as the 2011 Vice President for KREBA (Korean Real Estate Brokers Association).
