Searching for more opportunities, he transitioned into residential, which led him to working with Century 21 in Rancho Cucamonga. There, 80% of his transactions were with new home builders like KB and Richmond American, which made him the top producer in the firm — and one of the top producers in the entire neighborhood.

Amanda Hiles graduated from FIDM with a degree in fashion design and merchandising, specializing in product development for growing apparel lines such as BCBG and Samsung C&T. After transitioning and gaining experience in both the worlds of tech and real estate, she founded Accurate Appraisal Services Inc., which used software to streamline the relationship between Real Estate Appraisers and Mortgage Brokers.

Brandon Park

In 2003, Brandon Park started career at Presidential Commercial Real Estate as a commercial real estate agent. Searching for more opportunities, he transitioned into residential, which led him to working with Century 21 in Rancho Cucamonga. There, 80% of his transactions were with new home builders like KB and Richmond American, which made him the top producer in the firm — and one of the top producers in the entire neighborhood.

In 2007, Park made his way back to Los Angeles and began his career in new condominium sales. He quickly became the top producer in the Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown area and, in 2009, opened his own firm: Park & Hiles. Within three months, Park acquired “The Mercury” listing in conjunction with Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW). This led to Park & Hiles acquiring additional luxury high-rise condominium projects: “The Summit” and “Solair”.

In addition to his firm, Park served as the Vice President of the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association, as well as Vice President of the Korean American Federation of Los Angeles.

Amanda Hiles graduated from FIDM with a degree in fashion design and merchandising, specializing in product development for growing apparel lines such as BCBG and Samsung C&T. After gaining experience in both the worlds of tech and real estate, she founded Accurate Appraisal Services Inc., which used software to streamline the relationship between Real Estate Appraisers and Mortgage Brokers. Managing a team of over 30 employees, she sold AASI and partnered with Brandon Park to operate and expand Park & Hiles. She uses her background in style, product development, and design and incorporates that into assisting developers create sophisticated projects that encompass the desired Los Angeles lifestyle.
